Cold Weather Paving - It's starting to cool off a little now!

Just a friendly reminder that the SCDOT's seasonal requirement (401.4.4) is still in effect for the months of December, January, and February! If you plan to place a surface course (mainline operations) during these three months you must submit a Cold Weather Paving plant to your SCDOT district office for each contract. If you need a copy of the Cold Weather Paving Plan (same as in previous years), let me know and I'll be happy to send to you.
