2025 Summer Conference

SCAPA members and their families are warmly invited to the 2025 Summer Conference, June 19-22 in beautiful and iconic Myrtle Beach. This year's conference will be at the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes Resort. The conference begins Thursday, June 19 for the SCAPA Board of Directors and their guests. Friday features a welcome reception for all attendees and optional special dinners. Saturday's agenda includes SCAPA's Annual Business Meeting, a golf tournament, excursion options and a banquet dinner with live music and dancing. The conference concludes Sunday with breakfast roundtable discussions. A hospitality suite will be open throughout the conference for networking and refreshments.

Refunds and Cancellations

SCAPA has to deliver guarantees to the venue for each attendee registered, and printed name badges are ordered several weeks before the conference begins. Registrations cancelled on or before June 6, 2026 will be refunded, less a $100 administrative fee. All refund requests must be made in writing to SCAPA.
